Who it’s for

Owner-run businesses, down the street or three counties over. Based on the Carolina coast, and remote works too.

01 — ServicesWhat we do

Websites, and everything around them.

We design and build websites for single-location, owner-run businesses, then keep them working with care plans, so the hours stay right and the site never quietly goes stale.

Around the site is the work that gets you found: local SEO and your Google Business Profile, correcting listings that disagree with each other, citation cleanup across the directories, and review responses. Then the work that makes you the obvious pick once they find you: brand strategy and identity, copy and content, photography direction, and ongoing marketing support when you want it.

02 — BrandWhy they pick you

Look like the business you already are.

Plenty of good businesses look smaller than they are. The logo was made in a hurry and the colors change from the truck to the website. Nothing says why you and not the next listing. Brand work fixes that before a dollar goes into ads or a new site.

Who you’re for and why you’re the obvious call, written down so every sign and every page says the same thing.

03 — How we buildWhere sites lose people

Most small-business sites lose customers in the same three places.

  1. 01

    No clear next step.

One primary action, repeated wherever someone is deciding what to do next.

  2. 02

A phone number you can’t tap.

Tap-to-call everywhere, plus the number as plain text for anyone dialing from a desk.

  3. 03

A page that takes too long to load.

Built light, and tested on an ordinary phone over a cellular connection, not office Wi-Fi.

We fix those first.

04 — Local searchGetting found

Out of the whole coast, one listing.

When someone nearby searches for what you do, Google narrows the whole map down to a handful of businesses. A tuned Google Business Profile and clean local listings are how you make that handful, with hours, photos and a phone number that all agree.

If Google says you close at 5 and DoorDash says 6, people don’t call to check. They call someone else. We track down those mismatches and fix them.

Every decision points at one moment.

  • i.Your name and what you do, before anyone has to scroll.
  • ii.A tap-to-call button that never scrolls out of reach.
  • iii.A page that loads fast on a phone with one bar of signal.
  • iv.Name, address and phone that match everywhere Google looks.

No client logos yet. No made-up praise, either.

Marnovo is new. There’s no wall of logos here, and we won’t make up testimonials to fill one. We’d rather leave the space empty. Here’s the bar instead: a stranger on a phone should know what you do and how to call you within ten seconds of landing. Every site we build gets measured against that.

06 — QuestionsBefore you call

The questions owners ask first.

What does it cost?
Every build is scoped to what the business can carry. The scope flexes; the quality doesn’t. Start with a free homepage demo and you’ll see what yours would look like before you spend anything.
What’s in the free demo?
A mockup of your new homepage, designed around your business: what you do, who it’s for and how people reach you. We walk you through it, and you decide what happens next. No cost and no obligation.
I don’t have a website, just a phone number and a good name.
That’s a fine place to start. Plenty of solid businesses run on word of mouth. A site gives the people who hear about you something to check before they call, and gives Google something to show them.
Should I start with a logo or a website?
Usually the brand, because the site gets built from it. If your logo and message already hold up, we’ll tell you and go straight to the site.
My booking app is my website. Isn’t that enough?
Booking platforms are good at bookings. They’re not built to get you found in local search, or to tell a stranger why you’re the one to pick. Keep the app. The site sits in front of it and sends people there.
My site is old. Do I have to start over?
Not always. Sometimes the fastest win is fixing the three places it loses people. We’ll tell you honestly which it is.
Do you only work with businesses in Hampstead?
No. We’re based in Hampstead and work across the Carolinas, in person where it helps. Further away, we work remotely over video calls and shared drafts, with the same phone number.
What happens after launch?
A care plan keeps the site current, from hours and services to the small fixes, so it doesn’t drift out of date. We’ll walk through what’s included on the call.
07 — AboutWho you’ll talk to

Neighbors, not accounts.

Marnovo is Avery Russ, based in Hampstead on the North Carolina coast. We build for the kind of business you’d walk into anyway, with the owner behind the counter, anywhere in the Carolinas.

Further away? It works just as well over a video call and a shared draft.

Book a demo or call, and you’re talking to the person who does the work.
