The brief

Ashcombe Vesey is a made-up business and estate law firm with about 25 attorneys in Denver and Boulder, CO. It handles business formation, contracts, buying or selling a business, succession planning, wills and trusts, and probate.

Its visitors are business owners facing a deal or a dispute, who want to know the specialty, the cost and the timeline. Others are families after a death or planning ahead, often emotional and unsure what they need.

The site’s one job: take a visitor from “I’m not sure what I need” to a booked consultation with the right attorney, without a contact form that disappears into silence.

Ashcombe Vesey isn’t real, and neither are its attorneys. Its reviews are marked as samples, and it makes no claims about case outcomes. It also carries the standard notice that using the site doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship.

How the site gets the call

  1. The first screen says “Tell us what’s going on. We’ll tell you if we can help, and what happens next.”
  2. Step 1 asks what the firm can help with: something for your business, or for you and your family. “I’m not sure what I need” is an answer too.
  3. Quick follow-ups narrow it down, such as how urgent it is.
  4. Before any booking, the answer is on screen: which team handles it, what the first consultation covers, how long it takes, what it costs (a flat fee, or free) and the usual next steps.
  5. Then a consultation time with that team, or a callback request. The confirmation lists what to bring.

The card sits on the home page, right under the headline, so there’s no contact page to find first.
